Product Information

All my knits have been washed with Eucalan soap - a natural, unscented product that is ideal for handmade knits - and are made in a pet- and smoke-free home.

If you want any further information about any of the products you see in my catalog (i.e. fit, feel, etc.), do not hesitate to contact me.

​How Do I Purchase Something?
​
This website serves as an online catalog of my in-stock products - it is not set-up as an online store. If you are interested in buying something, all you need to do is contact me at hmknitsbyjenn@gmail.com or message me on Facebook or Instagram.
I can accept payments by credit card (through Square) or e-transfer, or by cash if you are picking up in person.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me. I will provide a full refund (minus shipping fees) if the product is returned within 14 days of receipt, and in its original, unused condition.

Shipping
​
Shipping will be by regular parcel mail through Canada Post unless otherwise requested. I will advise you of the shipping fee before you purchase, and I will refund any shipping overages of more than $1. I will provide you with a Canada Post shipping number as soon as the item is shipped.

Local pick-up is also possible. I am located in Elmvale Acres in Ottawa, not far from the General Hospital.

Custom Orders
​
If you like something you see here, but need it in a different size, colour, or yarn type, do not hesitate to contact me about a custom order. However, please understand that knitting takes time - I will give you my best estimate of when the product will be finished.
For custom orders, I also request a 50% deposit up front.
